Mouth guard will expand up to 20% during the molding process and may be too small if not molded properly. Follow fitting instructions to ensure the best fit. Few of our customers thought the youth size one was too small for their kids but realized it actually fitted their kids very well AFTER following the fitting instructions.
Even some female adults with smaller mouth enjoy our kids mouth guard as well.
Remember, The Above Size Suggestion by "Age" is "ESTIMATE" and this is based by our customers' experience after we sell for years! Kids age between 11 and 15 years old could go either way. If you can't make a decision, please start with the youth one and see if it covers the molar teeth by the teeth marks on the inner gel.
